Hey Guys,

merry christmas to all of you and to celebrate I got the Doctor Who Story ‘O Tannenbaum’ from the seventh season of ‘Short Trips‘. The story is about the first Doctor and Steven, who also reads the story. I love the ‘Short Trips‘ but I always find it hard to write something about it without telling you everything that happened. But like always I will try my best.

Christmas Trees

So what is the story about. The Doctor and Steven land before a old farmhouse near a forest of ‘christmas trees’. In this couttch they met a little girl named Greta, who is waiting for his father to come home.
It is not a horror story about it goes for a little creepy athmosphere. Music from a gramophone and the backround sounds a little creepy…that something is going to happen. I really like the atmosphere that they are creating. It didn’t feel like a christmas story but it kind is. A thing I love about the first Doctor is that he changed so much over all the season so much. To listen to the Doctor giving his speech is great and I have to thing of where we started with this Doctor.

It is a great story, with great atmosphere and I love the ending.
