Knights of Sidonia: Episode 3 – 5

Good night everyone,

i watched the next two episodes of Knights of Sidonia. I love SciFi and i love Mechas but this is kinda boring. I don’t know if i will continue watching, but i really want to see a little sciene fiction. For everyone that wants to see good Mecha-Animes i can say please watch Neon Genesis Evangelion or Gundam Wing. I don’t get why anyone say it is like NGE…

Nodody knows what order means

It seems like nobody in Sidonia nows what an order is. Everyone is just doing what the want. It starts with the fighting team. The all died because everyone just tried to save the other. The all ignored there orders. The main Character if course ignored again all orders. He should bring his team members back but he just start an attack. Of course he wins. But about that later. Than he goes after that girl against the order and every logic. But that 256 pilotes ignored there order and searched for the maincharacter and what happend? Nothing. There is no room to put 256 sidoniaers in to prison…

Problem of most anime series

There is the team that should fight the Gauna. They are the best of the best. But than everyone is dying in the fight and the Gauna survived. Than there is the maincharacter, who of course can fight that Gauna alone and wins. That is stupid and dump. Yeah okay, i get it that he had training and that his grandfather was a legendary pilot. But the 4 best fighter died and he alone wins. Why is everyone doing something like that.

Who with who

The maincharacters is special. He is new, an amazing pilot, little dump and clamsy and everyone is in love with him. First of all there is Izana, which is not woman nor a man. He is jealous of Hoshijiro everytime he/she/it sees them together. Hoshijiro is having all the blushing scenes with Nagate (maincharacter) and the are 10 days in the same Mecha. The third one is Yuhata. She is loud and wants to be seen from Nagate and i just don’t like him.
If he is having a romance then i hope with Izana. She/He/It is the only one that is me a little sympatic even with all that stupid jealousy.

Rescue mission for the rescue mission

The want to show Nagate as a hero, who saves everyone. But really that is just stupid. He has not enough power to reach her and even if he reaches her he have not enough power to return to Sidonia or even call for help. That is totally when you go and save the other one. He is the only one who knows the flyline of her so he has to go after her. Maybe they hadn’t to hunger 10 days when he just gave that information to the rescue team. Maybe that would be faster, more intellgent and also it would leave Sidonia over 10 days without any fighters. Because all 256 pilots are searching for them.

Knights of Sidonia: Episode 1 & 2

Hey Guys,

i wanted to test my new Netflix Germany acount and read of the serie Knights of Sidonia. It seems to be interessting and it is a SciFi-Serie. I love SciFi but it is so hard to find good SciFi. What can i tell you about Knights of Sidonia? It is an Anime.

It takes place after a war. The humans or not like we know them. The live on the Sidonia – it is space ship. The people can do photosyntics and don’t need much food. Also some of them can decide if they want to be a woman or a man. The enemy or creature that just die when the be killed with a special lance. Of course they fight against this creature in Moblie Suits. Most of the SciFi in japan are Mecha-Animes. Not that this is totally bad. I like Mechas. I am a big fan of Gundam Wing for example.

The maincharacter of Knights of Sidonia is new to all that. He grow up in the underground and know he tries to live in this new world. He is clumsy but seems to heal very fast. I find it really difficult to say something about it. The characters are all not very deep yet and i don’t have someone that i find sympatic. So i don’t know if i want to watch it.

The Story don’t show very much. The first two episode are an introduction and it needs it time to find a flow. It could be everything. Boring or super interessting… i can’t say after the first two episodes so i will definitly watch the next episode and after that we will see… i just want someting like Gundam Wing. I watched the first episode and loved Heero. I want a serie that gets me from the first moment. But this seems do be very difficult.

Connichi Special 1: Garden of Words

This was the first Movie i watched on the Connichi. I think everyone knows Ghibli (Howls Moving Castle, Spirited Away and so on). I love that films, because of the athmosphere, the music and the amazing landscape. Makoto Shinkai is handled as the new Hayao Miyazaki so i had to watch it.

Before i tell you something about the Story i will tell you about the for me really important thing. The picture in the Movie, the whole movie, the landscape, the rain everything is really beautifull. He knows how to created pictures. together with really amazing music it createds an amazing athmosphere. The rain and the music make it sad, full of hope and dreams.

This is not a funny film, it is not really an very sad film. The main-mood is just a bit sad and sometimes a bit depressing, but like i said also filled with hopes and dreams. So yeah it is not a film to have a nice evening. This is an serious theme. It doesn’t give you right or wrong. It doesn’t tell you how they end up. Their just showing you a part of two lifes. Nothing more and nothing less. There is no action, not much talk, you can say nothing much happend in that will. But i like him. Not so much that i think that i have to buy him so i can watch him again and again, but so much that i am happy that i watched him.

So knows let me tell a little about the Story. There is student that have the dream to make shoes. Everyday it rains he skip the lessions in school to go in the park. There he meets a young woman and they began to meet there everytime it rains. I don’t want to tell more because than you don’t have to watch it anymore.

I bought other films of him. If you want i can write about them too. Until next time 😉

Just me again

So guys, i am really sorry for my failure to write about what i wanted. For everyone which is waiting for the extant articel, i am sorry and they are coming somewhere the next weeks. My shift a jumping and changing that i can’t plan anything. I hope it will get better so i can work reguallary on your articles.

Also i will write next week a bit about anime, because this weekend is Connichi and i am there to visit it. So yeah, i have already written something for you guys to have something to read this weekend. So have fun and i will have fun.

Do you look Anime or play video games?

Hey Guys,

you know i am writting mostly about Doctor Who and other TV-Series with real actors. But there is also many other TV-Series in the world. Yes i am talking about Animated Series. There was a time in my life this kind of TV-Series were a big part of my life. I am talking about animated series form japan. Anime. I read a lot of Manga but Anime i don’t watch them really often. Mostly i watch the old ones i watched years again: Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Sailor Moon, One Piece and so on. Yes, i will totally spam you with them two some time. But i know they are people who are more invested in them. People which look the new animes like i look the new tv-series. I know one of them. He is like my just with Anime and Games.

He is making a blog about this things. He want to post about every Anime, which he is watching this season. If you watch Animes and want to know what is new and what people think of it, go to his side ‘Daryls Welt‘ – for know he is posting in german, but he is working on it to let you see the article also in english. Maybe it will take a little time, but it is totally something he wants to do.

So guys, so just go looking at his side. I will tell you when he is starts post in english.
