DW: Dark Eyes – Fugitives

So Guys,

my parents prestend my the season 2 of ‘Dark Eyes’ and i am really excited to hear it. Even morenow that i know that there will be a part 3. But before i will talk about ‘Dark Eyes 2’ i will talk about the other parts of ‘Dark Eyes 1’. So here is part 2.

The first part ends with the attack of the Daleks.  So this starts with a woman, how is working with a secret computer and reciving a message from the Doctor. I was really confused at first but than we are back at the Doctor and the attack. Molly is really amazing. I love how she not totally trust the Doctor. Also i like her reaction of the TARDIS. She don’t take shit from everyone.

Also we have another Time Lord and a TARDIS. I like it when we have more Time Lords. The Master and the Monk are just perfect. I like them really much. The Time Lords are totally forever deep gray. So you never know excatly what their attention are.

So i must say there are a few parts in this part that are a little confusing. The talk with the time lord for example. Did he remember, when did it happen and so one. It is for me a little difficult to follow sometimes.But this is the only weak point on that story.

I like the maintheme. The war, hope, the nature of human and time lord or the nature of he Doctor. Also the nature of the Daleks. That is what a really interessting theme. I like the Daleks. They are one of my favorite monsters on Doctor – but i don’t like them in the Moffats-Era. But that is a different theme and we will discuss this on a other point i am sure of it.

Than we came to the fun part. We hear Mollys really ernest characteristics. But she also can be fun and i love how she gets excited and have fun. She is really amazing and they will also have this litte things that  seems not quite right. How she didn’t understands the aliens.  There is a mystery around her.

Believe: Episode 11 Revelation

Hi Guys,
i don’t know if you know Believe. If you don’t know it just watch it Sunday on nbc. It is totally worth it. When i first heart of the Serie I came out of the star trek movie and just looked at the storyline and thought that it was nothing special but i will watch it because JJ Abrams. So i set it one my watchlist and forgot about it. Than my friend talk me into Hannibal and i had to watch the second season (i am not finshed with it yet). But one episode there were this clip of Believe and remembered that i stand on my list. So i watched the Pilot with the thought i will just watch the pilot. But than i i saw William Tate (Jake McLaughlin) and Janice Channing (Jamie Chung) interacted and i loved it from the first moment. Than the story started to go on and Tat met Bo (Johnny Sequoyah) and the chemistry between this two are amazing.

If you just tell what the Story is about you think yeah nothing special but every episode is made with so much love, the story is emotional, have a little action and the dark background of the characters. The Characters are so well written. They are not black and white. They all have their faults. I fall in love with that serie on the first episode. That is something that happen not often for a while. I really love it and i am really sad about the decision to don’t make a second season. Of all the series i have seen this quartel it was totally the best. This is one of the series i will buy when the DVD comes out.

Sooo~ Episode 11 that means sadly that there only is one more episode.

Channings condition is getting worse and Bos fear to lose Tate is also growing. She don’t want to lose anymore people. So she have a really naive idea to talk to Scarus and tell him that he should let them alone. Of course that is a supid idea, but Tate tells her it is a beautiful idea and that he will stand behind her. I really think it is a good decision he made. He choose to thought her to made a stand for what she wants, to fight the fear. So they both made a plan and go to a big event. She tells Scarus that i want to live a normal life with her Dad.

She is so strong. She made a decision. Some people will say it was a easy decision but i don’t think so. She is afraid of him (Scarus) but she stands but to him und later she decide to left Winter, who was the nearest to a father she had before tate, and to be with her Dad. Also she decide to forgive him. I think the scene are really beautiful and i love how Tate don’t say anything to influence her.  He is just their and made sure she knows that he will be at her side. I am really excited for the next episode. Because Danny is getting ill and goes after Bo. Also we know for sure know that Bos mother had the same thing Danny have. So everyone is just waiting to see a sign of that illness on Bo.

DW: The sixth Doctor has arrivied (Twin Delimmea)

Hi Guys,

the first look at the Doctor he don’t really seems sympatic but his mimic is grandios. He is more serious than the others. He has this ‘fits’ where is quite parnoid and kinda violent. He is rude and very touchy. The style of his clothes are different and against how serious, arrogant and dark he seems, his clothes are patchworked and colorful. I like the contrast and the mimic of him. A darker Doctor could be really interesting and excatly want we need now. Actually he isn’t the nice trusting guy anymore is paranoid and kinda cruel with his choice of words.

Peri seems to have problems to come to therms with this Doctor. Peri isn’t my favorite Companion. I didn’t like her very much but that conflict between her and the Doctor are really interesting.

So i stared episode 2 and i must say i really like the new doctor and at the same time he totally annoys me. I like the scene where he call Peri Tegan and his look on the face. The episode have a interessting twist . maybe everyone would see it but i didn’t remember that face, so for me it is an interessting twist. I like to see the Doctor to became mixed up in the Story.

Let’s start with episode 3. I like Lt. Lang. But i don’t know what i think about the Story. I really like the characters and there interaction, but everything else is just… i  don’t know. I don’t like how the doctor give peri the fault for everything, but Peri is fighting back and that makes her more sympatic to me. But when i think that i don’t like that Doctor, than he makes something that i think that i love him. I have that feeling that this is something that will stand for the sixth Doctor eternal struggel and i kinda like that struggle.

The last Episode started and i don’t know what i think about the Story… an endless struggle. The Characters are really good. Lt Lang is quiete a nice character and the Doctor is refresshing. The End could have be more dramatic… i didn’t feel much of this at the sad points… the atmosphere didn’t match what feelings you should have. I hope you understand what i want to say.

But as the Doctor said ‘I am the Doctor, if you like it or not’.

DW: Winner takes all

Hi Guys,

here cames again a book  of the ‘New Serie Adventure‘ i read a while ago. It featured the ninth Doctor, Rose Tyler and Mickey Smith.

I like Mickey so i have really happy to have a little action  with him in the book. The characters are well written. So the best about the book is the interaction of the ninth Doctor with the others.

The plot idea is not a new one and i have read a lot of books with this plot idea, some was of them were better and some worse x But I think the plot works well. Just a few things could have gone little bit deeper. The whole story is just scratching the surface of the potential of the story.

Just one think really annoys me. At some point in the story are parts written from the perspectiv of a young boy and he just let is imagination run wild and thinks of himself as the choosen one. I like the conflict they want to show with that but not the kind it is written…it just got on my nervs.

What will you read in june

Hi Guys,
of course in the next week you will have more about Doctor Who. But I thought i didn’t write something today and maybe i will start with some of the things i have planed but i will see what i will do now.

I will tell you that i will write Monday something to ‘Believe’. This is the Serie i love so much. I know that it only have this one season but i it is a really good one.  Also i want to watch the first episode of the ‘muder in the first’ and i want to watch the second episode of ‘in the flesh’ and ‘the 100’.

And a warning for everyone on the 26 june  i will totally watch the start of Teen wolf season 4 and you will read something about it her. I will totally talk about it. Just so you know i really like the serie and most times i love the episodes the others hate. So yeah – i am very special 😉

I hope you find some of these things interessting.

DW: The Monster Inside

Hi Guys,

here you find my really short opinion on the book ‘The Monster Inside’. I read it a while ago, so it is a really short text. The new books i read, i will try to recommend longer .

I started to read the ‘new series adventure’. It is the second book and featured the ninth Doctor (the reason i bought it) and Rose Tyler.

The most time Rose and the Doctor are seperate. This is a good thing and a bad thing. Bad because we have little interaction between these two, the good one is both parts have their action. Rose has to o things on her own and can’t relay everystep on the doctor. But this is the only good thing i can say about the book. Both are meeting an ‘old enemy’. I was excited which one they wil met, but the ‘old enemies’ of the doctor are a let down. I really don’t know why they are so often in the first season and also find their way in the SJA.

Nice try but not more of it.

DW: Dark Eyes

So here i am again. I just read that in november they release Dark Eyes 3. That is so amazing that i will talk about Dark Eyes 1. So it is not a book. It is a collection of four audio dramen from ‘big finsh’. Actually i think i will listen to them again and will writte something to every part. Actually i never was a big fan of audio books are things like that. But after Torchwood 3 i must have more of Ianto and i bought all radio plays – maybe i writte about them too.

The reason i startet to listen to Dark Eyes is that i watched the movie. I don’t like it very much. But the eighth Doctor is amazing – Paul McGann ist a perfect Doctor. I loved him from the very beginning. The Problem is we all know there is only this one movie. So i remembered that i have part one of dark eyes on my computer (gift from the doctor who magazine and big finsh).

So, i listen to the first part of dark eyes. It was just perfect. The doctor is looking for hope at the beginning – so i think to understand the character perfectly you should hear the stories who are set before dark eyes. But i didn’t know any of it and understand it without problems, so it is not a must to hear them before.

It is a dark story an the part one is set in the first world war. The Doctor is just how i imagend the eight doctor and Molly is a really strong character, she don’t fall for the doctor and it is really lovely to discover her character. How the setting is implying it is a dark story and don’t have a magic solution to save everyone ( one thing i really dislike at the movie). As much as i know you can see the story as the beginning of the time war – but i don’t know if it is official the start of it.

Just listen to it. It is a really good season with the eighth Doctor.

Next the Sixth

Hi Guys,

i am really tierd from work. I hope I find time to write a little thing about Doctor Who or something else. But I really don’t know, so i decided to talk a little to you. Today I watched the last episode with the fifths Doctor. I really like the fifth Doctor. But i really excited to start tomorrow with the new Doctor – the sixth Doctor. Thats what i feel most of the time with Doctor Who. I don’t want changes but on the otherside i am really excited to see the changes. So, in for days i can tell you how i find the new Doctor and the first story with him – ‘the twin dilemma’. I watch one episode per day.

My family will watch something with me. So i don’t know what we will look. But i heard the new justified season is here (new just in germany). I am at season 3 i believe. I think i will watch the second episode of ‘The 100’. A little surprise what i will writte you today 😉

Last of the Gaderene

Good morning everyone!

The third book of the 50th Anniversary Collection (Past Doctor Adventures) is a really disapointed book.

It featured third Doctor (Jo Pertwee) and Jo Grant. The third doctor is not my doctor, but i love everything about the seasons with him. I love his awesome companions and i love UNIT. So i was really excited to read this book.

At first they are so much person and perspectivs to read… it was like every site was about someone else. I like more perspectiv stories but this was way to much.

But my hope were up because it was old friend of the brig who needed help. But there is not much brig action and the scenes we get it doesn’t feel like the brig. This goes for all the characteres for example Benton and Yates.

But the worst was Jo. Most time in the book she waited for the doctor, who left her out of danger. After the first half of the book Mark Gatiss seems to remember who is writting and that Jo never waits. So we have one little scene with Jo being Jo and then she not boing anything for the rest of the story. She is such a great componian but i really don’t like the same she is in the book.

The 100: Pilot

Today i looked the Pilot to ‘The 100’. I wanted to watch it the whole time, but i forget about it, than i read that it has became a second season. So i thought i look into it.

The start is kinda not really my think. There is this girl who talk about breathing the air, standing on the ground and that nothing of that ever happend. There was a atomic war/accident i am not totally sure, but there is one ship with people in the universe. We learn that this girl is a ‘criminal’ and that her mother is in a higher postion on this ship. This Counsel of this ship decided that the send 100 prisioners (kids) to earth to look if they can life there after hundreds of years.

Of course this girl is part of this group. She is not really a character i like. She is totally seriöus and goal oriantated. She overthings everything. Than we have her friend, who just did a crime so he could go with her. Also he is the son of the boss of the ship. That seems to bring him not much good points with the others. Than there is the other girl who kinda likes to make trouble. She wants to do stupid things and just live her life. But i don’t find her really sympatic. Her brother is one of the people i really dislike. He just thinks about himself and his sister and is not ashemd to use the other to get it.

So i just said to myself okay, that is not a series for me. But than the girls and three guys. A sunnyboy, who have luck and respekt of the others and the two other guys are kinda sweet. I totally like the dynamic that evolved with this five people. How they find beautiful things, sees how the nature survived (the deer with two heads) and so one. The scenes with them are really good and that is also the reason i decided to watch episode two.

I will tell you what i thing about it and if i will be watching more of it.
