DW: Master

Hey Guys,

welcome to the story about the Master – the greatest foe of the Doctor and the best friend ever had. They have this love/hate relationship is one of the best in the series. In the 49th adventure of Big Finish Main Range the Doctor is traveling alone.
This story takes place on Perfugium a colony of the humans ruled by an Empress. Ahistory placed in the year around 2950 during the Earth Empire period.

I am your master

I grow tired of the Doctor in the TV series. I loved the craziness of Simms. But for me is story ended with his death and is getting back to life wasn’t my favorite but still it ends the journey of the master for. But they always bring the master back. Why not the Rani or anyone else? That is why I normally stay away for stories with the Master.
I also know that Big Finish created amazing Master like in Dark Eyes.

The reason behind

Like the other three stories is about the reason behind the Master. It is about the question if he is capable of changing. Can the Doctor get is best friend back? The other stories were great and this one is as great as the others.
In this story the Doctor is telling a story about John Smith and his friends. John Smith is a good man and doesn’t remember who he was. He is searching for his past when everything goes to hell like always. The characters a really great and they are so good friends. But than when you look closer you see the imperfection.

Listing or not

Definitely go and listen to it. It is after all the Master. He is still a great foe, a great character. This story gives us background about the Doctor and Masters friendship. This is a great story about an amazing and interesting relationship. A story about what the Master wish more than anything and what the Doctor wish for.
