Humans: The Pilot

Hey Guys,
here come another try of an good SciFi-Serie – Humans. But the serie didn’t get me yet. I love to see Colin Morgan again in TV so i will at least watch another episode.

What makes us human

Everyone that read my articles about Extant know that i love the theme of what makes us human. Can maschines learn this? Can they have a soul and when they can what will happen than? So maintheme of the serie is perfect for me. The already took everything and packed it in the first episode. There are robots that seems to be different. Colin Morgan had a group of them with him. They feel, they are different. Why are they different? What makes them so special? We see one of this group reprogrammed and placed in a family. The mother is feeling threatend by her. The interview that is in the TV is showing us the whole questions about Robots. What the maybe can do, but they answered it with no. They are just maschines and the second we get that told we see robots feel and dream, doing stuff they shound do.

Is he special

We know that there are maschines that are special. Than we see this old man with this old version of a robot. But for him he is like a son. He his malfunction but the owner doesn’t want to give him away. The question is is he special too, or what makes him special. because he is loved like a son. Does this makes him special, do he love him back? Or is he just a defect maschine.

But non of the characters can win me over. The on that came the closed for that was Niska. Sadly not even Colin Morgan could convice me of his character.

Dark Matter: The Pilot

Okay Guys,
i just watched the first episode of Dark Matter. I will watch the second because it is SciFi and i want a good SciFi- Serie. But the first look was not as promising as i hoped.

Sory

It is hard to say much about it, because there isn’t much to see yet. Six people, who don’t know who they are, are on a spaceship. On their way to a mission, that is surprising not to help. So we don’t know were the story will go now and what it want to tell us. Right now it could be everything and nothing. We have to at least see the second episode to know more about it.

Characters

There is not one character that got me. They are all on my eyes a little flat and surprisingly uninteressting. Even in a Stargate Universe (and i hated that serie) i had from the first episode two characters i loved… here is nothing to see from that. The characters don’t have a big chemestry and i don’t get why everyone is talking about firefly 2.0… And Four(?) is nothing like Jayne. I loved Jayne from the first moment, because he was a deep character, which cared from the first moment for Kaylee. This guy don’t care about anything on that ship… just guns…

I am really disapointed… give the story one or two episodes and hope that the characters become more deep in the next episode… but if not i think i will not watch it.

The Whispers: Pilot

Hey Guys,
i started watching the Whispers. The story seems interessting. Some kids has imagenary friends but these kids all has the same imagenary friend Drill and he makes them do bad things. The story is promising but i don’t know if i like it or not. As far i can tell there are three family that plays a role. Two of the are deeply interwined.

Family One

She has a son, who lost his hearing and i thought so he would be save from this imagenary friend, but later more to that. She is working at the police. She is investigated the case of a girl which prepared the treehouse so here mother is falling throgh the floor in it. Drill is making her do this. She thinks this is a game, a game she needs to win. There is a man always near this incidence. This man seems to be the ‘dead’ father of the kid without his hearing. Also it seems like she had an affair with another man. This man is part of family two.

Family Two

He is working on a incident of a plane crash in the dessert – the plan from the man of family one. He has a wife, but they seems to have a lot of problems. His wife is still loving him and tries to make her daughter believe that he loves them two. But Drill is telling her the opposite and the girl believes his new friend.

Rigth now it seems a little confusing and you don’t know what game that is the kids play. But it could be a really good serie…or just not. I don’t know. I will watch the next episode and than we will talk again.

Eye Candy: Pilot

Hey Guys,
i looked it Eye Candy and i think i will watch the next episodes as well.

First Look

Maybe they are a few klischee and not everything seems really logic, but what first episode is that. I read a few critics about the pilot and i must say that i find it stupid to talk about the good looking of the characters… really? Which serie is not trying to do that? This is how they make TV-shows today. I think the first look is promising. This can be interessting.

Few mistakes

For me the Story of the boyfriend is a mistake. Sorry Ex-boyfriend… this could have been an interessting relationship and even when it is shocking to kill her love-interesst in the first episode, i would have gave them more time. We just get a few pieces and don’t get a feeling for their relationship… i would have made the first episode about showing what is so special about this relationship.. and than kill him in the second… but that is just my opinion.
Also everyone was talking about the abscenes of other when her sister get kipnapped. It is sad but i don’t think it so wrong… because when we had thief in our arpartment, we have determine how slow we all reacted. For us it seems like seconds but it where few minutes… and that can make much different.

All in all, i think this is not only a interessting theme it is also a current theme. The internet is a dangerous place and we will see if they can make us will this in that serie.

Suits: Episode 1

Yeah Guys,

thanks to netflix i looked the first episode of Suits. I heart so much about it and it should be really good and funny and all that stuff. So i started it. To tell something about the serie with just the first epiosde is hard. There are just few series that are amazing from the first moment. So what do i think about Suits? I don’t know it yet. It could be anything. Actually it is not really clear in what direction this will be going. Should it be funny, or sad, a drama?

We have two characters. The lawyer, he is the one with the ‘easy’ life. He studied in Harvard and is now senior partner. What do he think about himself? He totally knows that he is good, he is arogant and don’t have any sense of compassion.

The other one is the one that had the ‘hard’ life. He takes drugs, don’t have a job. He is super intellegent but doesn’t make anything out of it. Also he has his grandmother, which needs assited living. So he needs money and that is where the two met.

The lawyer Harvey nows that Mike is a drug dealer – that one time – but he is imperessed and decide to offer him the job. So both of them are making a deal, so they lie to everyone and tell them that Mike has study in Harvard. So the interessting thing will be how they both will work together or not. Actually i can’t see it, so i am really interessted in episode two. This could be a really interessting relationship.

Right now both are not my favorite. They just don’t get me. I hope that will change in the next episode. I like the secretary (?) of Harvey. She is funny. I like how she talk with Harvey. For now she is my favorite. We will see what the season bring us.

The Originals: Pilot

Hello,

i have startet the Originals. The Pilot is for the ones that watched the Backdoor-pilot in ‘the vampire diaries’ it is a little boring. Because you know what will happen. So it is not the same, they told the story from of the side of Ellijah. He is holding a few really good speeches for Klaus. Klaus is really in character. You see that Ellijah totally got to him. But Klaus just of to stand in his own way.

I don’t know what i think about the serie. I am a little afraid that Klaus will become to nice. i don’t like the vampire become baby stories, but it is a story about Klaus and that is reason enough to look it. I love the Mikaelsons.

The first two episodes are told from the view point of Ellijah and Rebekah. So it is really nice to see and i am really excited for a bit of the originals.

Yes… more i can’t say about the beginning. I will tell you what i think about the serie.
